A two-pack Anti-static Paint Epoxy Static Conductive Primer
F2005 is a two-component epoxy coating composed of epoxy resin, non-carbon electrostatic conductive materials, auxiliary agents, solvents, etc.
1. Steel with oxide scale: processed to Sa2.5 level by shot blasting or sand blasting. Where sandblasting is not possible, it should be mechanically sanded or chemically treated to remove all floating debris and leave the surface clean, dry, rust-free, and dust-free.
2. Steel without scale: Use pneumatic or electric elastic grinding wheel to grind to St3 level.
3. Steel coated with shop primer: Light blasting or secondary derusting with pneumatic (power) tools to St3 level.
4. The surface after rust removal cannot be touched by hand and should be painted as soon as possible, with an interval of no more than two hours. If contamination or rust is found before painting, it should be reprocessed to meet the rust removal grade standards.
