Construction specification:

  1. Construction ratio (weight ratio) Component A: Component B = 10:1
  2. Theoretical dosage (300 micron thickness): 0.18-0.22 kg/square meter
  3. Painting interval: 1-7 days (longer intervals may require roughening due to zinc salt formation)
  4. Substrate treatment: Mechanical polishing ST3 or Sa2.5
  5. Recommended coating times: 1 coat by airless spray and 2 coats by hand brush for heavy-duty anti-corrosive primer use
  6. Back-end supporting coatings: epoxy resin coatings, epoxy asphalt coatings, chlorosulfonated polyethylene coatings, high gasification polyethylene coatings, polyurethane coatings, fluorocarbon coatings, etc.
