Main features：

Product use:

Suitable for anti-corrosion topcoat on steel structure surface, also suitable for protective and decorative topcoat on wood

and cement products, ship machine tools, electrical appliances, etc.

②Specific gravity: 1.22±0.1kg/L

③Volume solid content: 50±1%

④Ratio: Group A (paint base): Group B (curing agent) = 20:4 (weight ratio) (see instructions for details)

⑤Diluent: polyurethane diluent

⑥Application period: (23±2℃) 4h

⑦Coating method: roller coating, brush coating, brush coating;

⑧Theoretical dosage: 0.1-0.12kg/m

⑨Coating thickness: 40 μm

⑩Back-end matching coating: epoxy resin coating, polyurethane coating, fluorocarbon coating, etc.

⑪Front-end matching coating: epoxy zinc-rich primer, epoxy primer, epoxy sealer

Precautions:

1. It is not recommended to construct when the relative humidity of the air is greater than 85% and the substrate temperature is lower than the dew point temperature by 3℃. When the construction temperature is lower than 5℃, the curing reaction is slow.
2. It is strictly forbidden to mix oil and water. Keep away from fire sources and keep ventilation during construction.

Please seal the product and store it in a dry, cool, ventilated warehouse at 5-35℃, out of reach of children.
