1. Base surface treatment equipment · Grinding machine:
Equipped with diamond grinding knife, it is used for grinding the surface of concrete, terrazzo, hardened wear-resistant floor, marble and other substrates. · Portable grinder: used for grinding the surface or corners of small-area concrete, terrazzo, hardened wear-resistant floor, marble and other substrates, and can be used to remove small areas of old paint and oil layer.
· Milling machine: used for milling to remove old paint layer, oil layer, etc.
· Shot blasting equipment: used for shot blasting on large-area concrete, terrazzo, hardened wear-resistant floor, marble and other substrates.
· Vacuum cleaner: remove dust on the ground.
· Polishing machine: used for finishing diamond sand floor and concrete floor.
2. Painting tools:
· Saw teeth, spike shoes, nails: Saw teeth are used to apply self-leveling floor paint or cement-based self-leveling material, and then use nail rollers to roll to release the air in the film. For local coating defects, nail shoes can be worn before the paint film surface to repair.
Flat scraper: used for scraping thick floor coatings such as primer, mortar, putty, etc., suitable for scraping close to the ground.
· Roller and paint brush: High-quality, hair-free rollers and brushes can achieve a good appearance. Usually short-haired rollers have better operability. Airless sprayer: used for spraying epoxy floor topcoat, high efficiency, easy to obtain good decorative effects, easy to control paint consumption; spray pump and nozzle must be selected according to paint viscosity and service life to obtain suitable fluid pressure and flow. Usually electric or internal combustion engine driven high-pressure airless sprayer is widely used because of its good portability. Air spray equipment: including air compressors and air spray guns, which can be used for spraying low-viscosity floor coatings. Mortar mixer, spreader and trowel: used for the construction of thick layers (>3mm) of resin mortar, the evenly mixed resin mortar is spread on the floor with a spreader, and smoothed with a trowel.
3. Middle coating grinding equipment
· Large grinder: efficient and fast middle coating grinding equipment. Polishing machine and sanding machine: equipped with 80-120 grinding discs and sanding belts, polish the mortar or putty layer before applying the topcoat to obtain a smooth and delicate surface: equipped with coarser (20-40 mesh) grinding discs and sanding belts, it can also be used for simple treatment of the surface of substrates such as concrete.
4. Inspection and testing equipment
·Substrate surface temperature and environmental temperature and humidity meter: measure the coating environment temperature and humidity and the substrate surface temperature to determine whether it meets the coating requirementsSubstrate moisture content meter: used to measure the substrate moisture content to determine whether it meets the coating requirements.
Conductive static resistance meter: used to measure the conductive static resistivity of anti-static flooring.
5. Other auxiliary tools·Weighing and stirring tools: High-precision weighing tools are conducive to the accurate preparation of multi-component floor coatings in proportion. Use an electric stirrer to mix and stir the paint quickly and fully. Seam cutter and
glue gun: used for gap processing. The cutting machine is used to cut and modify the gap into a letter or trapezoid (5-10mm wide) to facilitate filling and pouring; and the glue gun is used to pour polyurethane elastic glue.
